Onboarding: Initial Assessment & 1-2-1 Consultation Feedback:

150 question online health, nutrition, training, and lifestyle questionnaire sent immediately upon joining. Upon receipt, our team will review and book you in for a 1-2-1 consultation call where we will discuss the creation of your personalized plan. If you have already been booked in this you will not receive notification of another booking.


Section 1: Nutrition & Food

You will be tracking your food intake with our online application that your designated coach will be able to check weekly to ensure you are on track. Each week you will be submitting your photos and measurements for review by the same application and receive a macro percentage target to be working on. Please download the My Fitness Pal app onto your phone. This will then Integrate with the PT Distinction app so that we can both track your macros.


Section 2: Exercise & Training

Your coach will be using your assessment data to build a workout programme suited to your body and goals. This will take into account your current ability, exercise preferences, and available workout equipment. Whether it is home or gym based, the workouts will suit you and your needs.


Section 3: Accountability & Community

The Facebook Group is the place you can share new breakthroughs, frustrations and anything in-between. You will learn from the posts we share as well as what other members have to contribute too. The group is also where we share all past and present call recordings for you to learn from. So don't panic if you can't make a particular accountability call, all replays will be stored here for you.


Section 4: Coaching & Mindset

Every Week you will receive a VIP invite to our group coaching calls. This is where we will delve deep into your weekly results, discuss any challenges, and set your specific goals for the upcoming week.


We track EVERYTHING. We know who attends the calls, who watches the replay and who isn’t putting in the effort.


These calls are incredibly powerful and serve as your chance to ask questions and learn from other members of our community. Make sure to book this into your week. Ladies who attend LIVE are getting 130% results, Ladies watching the REPLAY’s 90% and Ladies who don’t watch at all 60%. It is proven that we retain more information LIVE then watching the REPLAY. If change is what you need then book these very important calls in!

STEP 1

First thing is first, you need to complete our onboarding assessment questionnaire.

This will take some time to complete so make sure you block out 20mins to get it done.

Once complete, you’ll be able to book a time in (if you haven’t done already) with our team who will walk you through all the steps of the program and answer any questions you have.


STEP 2

Introduce yourself into the group you have the invite inside your FB notification


STEP 3

Create your account through the PT DISTINCTION app. The email has been sent. Watch the short video on how to Integrate for us both to see your macro percentages.


STEP 4

Create an account in My Fitness pal on your phone and start logging!
